Because abroad jewelry is handmade-to-order, all sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange once your order is submitted. If you have made an error with your purchase, contact us immediately at contact@abroad-ny.com with your order number. Please note, cancelation is only available within 24 hours of your purchase.
Production time is listed on each product page. Production time is the period from when your order is placed until your order is shipped out, and is excluded from shipping transit time. Shipping transit time is the period from when your order is shipped out until your order is received. If you need your order sooner than the posted production time, write us prior to ordering at order@abroad-ny.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.


All items are shipped via UPS, DHL or USPS.
We ship orders Monday to Friday. Shipping transit time is measured in business days, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. During sale events and the holiday season your shipment may be delayed. If you placed an order with multiple items, the order will ship once all items are ready.
Each order is carefully packed and dispatched. By purchasing on our website you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur. Abroad holds no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event after the purchase has left the studio. Abroad is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.
If you place an order with multiple items, the order will ship once all items are ready.


In order to take a good care of your jewelry, we ask you to
  • Handle gently, bending can break your item.
  • Remove your jewelry before swimming, exercising, bathing, or cleaning.
  • Avoid exposure to cosmetics, lotions, perfumes, or hair products.
  • Refrain from exposing your items to chemicals; alcohol, hand sanitizer, abrasives, solvents, or cleaning compounds.
  • Store in a dry place separately from other jewelry.
  • Gently clean your jewelry with a clean and soft cloth.
The materials can naturally tarnish and oxidize (or change color) over time.
If you feel any abnormality on your skin such as Itching, irritation, or rash, remove your jewelry from your skin immediately and consult with a medical specialist.


If our item you purchased needs repairing, please email us at contact@abroad-ny.com with your contact information, order number, date of purchase, and a photo and description of the issue.
If the item has a manufacturing issue, we will repair or produce a replacement piece at no cost. We do not offer no charge of cost repair/replacement for items damaged due to wear and tear, loss, or theft. Manufacturing issues do not include general wear and tear; rings, bracelets and earrings that have bent out of shape, or metals that have tarnished or oxidized. No charge of cost repair/replacement is only available within 60 days of purchase. Your order number when the item was purchased is required. Any item that was purchased outside of the 60 days warranty period will be charged for repair/replacement, including any item with a manufacturing issue as detailed above.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable replacement/repair requests. If you would like us to repair any damage from natural wear and tear or other issues excluded above, email us at contact@abroad-ny.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will assess whether the damage can be repaired then estimate the cost of repair, and respond with an estimated cost. You then may decide how you would like to proceed.

Bracelet: All bracelets are one-size.
